Quantum Services is hiring a hands-on Division Manager to lead field inventory audit teams in convenience store locations within the Riverside, California area. The role involves performing high-accuracy stock counts, managing schedules and attendance, coaching audit supervisors and auditors, resolving inventory discrepancies, reporting audit findings, and maintaining relationships with store managers. The position requires daily regional route travel, early morning starts, and physical work in varying temperatures, with compensation including hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and a provided laptop.
