Path Construction is hiring a Division Manager in the Austin, Texas area to lead regional construction teams and manage multiple projects across diverse asset classes. The role covers regional business planning, project team oversight, hiring, contract negotiation, pre-construction and estimating, client development, budget and profit-and-loss control, risk mitigation, scheduling, claims, purchasing, and project controls. Candidates need at least 10 years of building and construction management experience, proficiency with estimating, scheduling, cost controls, financial reporting, and construction software, along with OSHA site safety experience and willingness to travel 1–2 times per month.
