Sonoco is hiring a Division SPS Practitioner to lead the implementation of SPS and Manufacturing Basics across a region, including plant and mill sites. The role develops implementation plans, coordinates audits and KPIs, trains plant associates and managers, supports continuous improvement and Lean-Six Sigma processes, and leads regional SPS activities. It is a remote position requiring 80% travel to plant sites, with Southeast as the target location, and offers an annual base salary of $122,320 to $137,610 plus a 7.5% target bonus.
