Description

The Pasha Group is seeking an experienced Divisional Controller to lead accounting operations, provide financial insights, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves overseeing accounting managers, managing the month-end close process, enforcing accounting policies, and collaborating with operational leaders to support business decisions. The controller will also focus on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and growing the finance organization.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience
Experience working with accounting software platforms and ERP systems
Strong understanding of accounting controls, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger reconciliation processes
Experience preparing complex financial analyses and worksheets
Ability to support accounting operations across multiple companies or business entities
Experience developing, implementing, and communicating accounting policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications: CPA designation or equivalent accounting experience preferred
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
