The DWTC Difaya Training Programme is a two-year full-time employment opportunity for UAE nationals to develop hospitality careers through training and practical experience in food and beverage service, food hygiene, customer care, guest services, hospitality operations, service excellence, communication, teamwork, and professional development. Participants will work in a 9-hour shift, including shift work where business requirements apply, and receive coaching, mentoring, and exposure to exhibitions, conferences, and international events.
