Amazon is hiring a contractual DLS Case Manager to provide end-to-end case management for leave of absence and disability life events. The role serves as the employee’s single point of contact, reviews medical documentation, applies benefits and leave plans, adjusts plans to changing needs, supports return-to-work planning, maintains records, and coordinates with HR, benefits, legal, payroll, and other teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Microsoft Office knowledge, and either two or more years of customer service experience or a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
