The role oversees equipment cleanliness and functionality, service coverage, records, reporting, policies, regulatory compliance, staff evaluations, and budget management. Candidates should have orthopedic casting knowledge, patient and family education skills, physician collaboration experience, and training or guidance for orthopedic technicians; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
