Description
The DME Coordinator at Fidelity Health Care identifies and coordinates durable medical equipment and home care services for patients, communicates programs and coverage information to hospitals, physicians, staff, and patients, educates medical providers, and supports the Liaison and Care Management departments. The role requires high school completion or a GED, 1–3 years of job-related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, medical terminology knowledge, and the ability to lift up to ten pounds and walk throughout a hospital facility.
