Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) Design Engineer for its DRAM System team. The role analyzes DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR, and emerging memory technologies across electrical, thermal, power, and performance dimensions; identifies design gaps and tradeoffs; partners with architecture, firmware, validation, hardware, and business teams; and uses artificial intelligence tools to build models and summarize data. The position is part of the Technical Leadership Program and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, strong DDR memory knowledge, and experience analyzing memory systems. The US base salary range is $216,000 to $430,000 per year, with additional compensation potentially including benefits, bonuses, and equity.
