Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff to provide senior-level architectural leadership for next-generation DRAM products. The role defines and evolves DRAM system architectures, evaluates trade-offs across silicon, packaging, modules, boards, and system platforms, influences host memory controller and platform architecture, supports RAS and telemetry features, explores emerging memory technologies, and mentors technical teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, extensive DRAM or advanced semiconductor architecture experience, and AI/LLM/ML knowledge for productivity. The US base salary range is $216,000 to $430,000 per year, with additional benefits, bonuses, and equity.
