Nesco Resource is hiring a Dock Associate in Rochester, New York for a temp-to-perm warehouse role supporting inbound and outbound material flow. The position involves unloading trucks, staging and labeling equipment, verifying shipments, organizing dock areas, sorting materials, and safely moving equipment with forklifts or other material-handling equipment. The role pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour on the first shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and reliable attendance; warehouse, dock, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience and forklift experience are preferred.
