Description
The Dock Lead provides on-shift supervision and leadership for dock and facility operations, coordinating daily dock activities, delegating assignments, monitoring workflow, supporting material handling and staging, and ensuring safe, organized, and secure work areas. The role assists with staff training, reports operational issues, supports inbound and outbound deliveries, and acts as the Supervisor’s substitute when needed. It pays $20.00-$20.50 per hour and requires applicants to be at least 18, pass a background check, and be able to safely lift and move materials in a physically active environment.
