Description
4Wall Europe is hiring a Dock Lead to coordinate and supervise dock and warehouse operations across its Harlow and Hertford sites during a transition period, with the role primarily based at Hertford from later in the year. The position leads and mentors the dock team, oversees loading and unloading, stages and sorts equipment, maintains inventory records, supports stock control and warehouse upkeep, and promotes safety and customer service. It requires at least four years of warehouse or dock management experience, strong leadership and computer skills, physical ability to perform warehouse work, and flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
