Description
Saia is hiring a dock operations supervisor to oversee terminal activities including sorting, handling, loading, and unloading freight. The role manages daily dockworker operations, enforces safety and regulatory compliance, trains and coaches staff, reviews operational reports, and helps improve terminal efficiency and customer service. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, be authorized to work in the United States, and be able to communicate effectively in English; prior warehouse/freight/dock experience, supervisory experience, and DOT or forklift-related knowledge are preferred.
