Saltbox is hiring a full-time Dock Sortation Lead to own the end-to-end sortation operation at its Alexandria, Virginia location. The role manages 2 to 7 Dock Sortation Specialists, coaches throughput and Sort App usage, ensures SLA and quality compliance, coordinates drivers, handles exceptions, and submits daily operational reports. The position requires early-morning shifts on a seven-day rotation, experience leading warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment teams, and familiarity with scanning, sortation, or distribution workflows.
