Description
The LTL Dock Manager leads and directs dock employees, manages LTL operations, schedules, equipment, paperwork, customer communication, KPIs, and hiring and termination processes. The role requires prior management, dispatch, and dock experience, strong leadership and communication skills, availability for an average of 50 hours per week, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and varied weather conditions. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
