Description
The LTL Dock Manager leads and directs dock employees, manages LTL operations, schedules and equipment assignments, reviews dock paperwork, communicates with customers, and meets assigned KPIs. The role reports to Operations Manager, Assistant Terminal Manager, or Terminal Manager and requires prior management, dispatch, and dock experience, strong leadership and communication skills, availability for an average of 50 hours per week, and the ability to work any shift, including nights and weekends.
