InPost Group is hiring a permanent Inbound Sorting Yard Team Leader to manage and optimize an inbound sorting-yard team of dock agents. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role coordinates staff allocation, sorting plans, carrier communications, performance indicators, onboarding, interviews, team cohesion, and compliance with yard operations and safety rules. The position is a management/foreman role on a 37.17-hour-per-week schedule from 13:00 to 20:30, Monday through Saturday with one weekday off, offering an annual gross salary of €28,000 to €30,000 depending on the profile.
