Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Yard Team Leader will organize and optimize yard activities, coordinate staff allocation, serve as the primary contact for carriers, manage sorting plans, monitor performance indicators, report anomalies, and lead a team of yard agents. The role also handles shift briefings, onboarding, skill development, individual interviews, team cohesion, and regulatory compliance while following safety and cleanliness rules. It is a permanent CDI position with 37.17 hours per week, afternoon shifts Monday through Saturday, and a gross annual salary of €28,000 to €30,000 depending on the profile.
