Mondial Relay by InPost is hiring a Loading-Bay Team Leader to report to the operations manager and lead a team of loading-bay agents. The role manages loading-bay operations, staff allocation, sorting plans, carrier coordination, performance indicators, safety and cleanliness compliance, handovers, employee onboarding, and team cohesion. The position starts in Saint-Priest and moves to the new Saint-Quentin-Fallavier site, follows a four-day Monday-to-Saturday schedule, and offers a permanent CDI with 37.17 hours and gross annual compensation of €28,000 to €30,000 depending on the profile.
