Mondial Relay by InPost is hiring a Dock Team Leader to manage and support a team of dock agents at a logistics site. The role coordinates staff allocation, carrier communication, sorting plans, performance indicators, safety and cleanliness compliance, shift handovers, onboarding, and team development. It is a permanent CDI position with 37.17 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday from 04:00 to 12:10, and a gross annual pay range of €28,000 to €30,000.
