The role manages operational processes, staff allocation, carrier coordination, sorting plans, performance indicators, safety and cleanliness compliance, shift handovers, employee development, and team cohesion. It is a permanent CDI position with 37.17 hours per week, an afternoon shift, and compensation of €28,000–€30,000 gross per year.
