Description
The Yard Agent Supervisor manages an on-site team of yard agents at a parcel-delivery logistics site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role coordinates staffing, sorting plans, carrier communications, performance indicators, onboarding, team cohesion, and compliance with safety and cleanliness rules. It is a permanent 37.17-hour-per-week supervisory position with a Monday-to-Saturday schedule, Sunday off, and another weekly day off, with gross annual compensation of €28,000 to €30,000 depending on the profile.
