Description
The Dock Operations Foreman reports to the Operations Manager and manages a team of dock agents while organizing and optimizing parcel-depot operations. Responsibilities include coordinating staff allocation, managing transport-provider communications, planning sorting operations, monitoring performance indicators, reporting anomalies, leading shift handovers, supporting onboarding and skills development, and ensuring compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory requirements. The role is a permanent 37.17-hour-per-week position working outside night hours from 10:00 p.m. to 5:20 a.m., Monday through Saturday, with annual gross pay of €28,000 to €30,000 depending on the profile.
