East Coast Seafood Group is hiring a Dock Worker in Rockland, Maine to assist with collecting and distributing live lobsters at the company wharf. The role involves coordinating with supervisors and coworkers, handling crates, pallets, ice, bait, and fuel, loading trucks and trailers, and maintaining transaction documentation. No prior experience is required, but lobster-industry exposure is a plus; applicants need a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, outdoor weather tolerance, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The position is scheduled for approximately May through December and includes compensation, benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
