Description
The Dock Worker is a part-time logistics role responsible for loading and unloading parts from trucks and delivery vehicles, packaging shipments, inspecting loads, maintaining the shipping dock, and supporting inventory and order processing. The position works a 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. shift, with an initial training period from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic shipping and receiving knowledge. Forklift certification, material-handling experience, and inventory-management knowledge are preferred.
