Description
The Dock Worker loads and unloads parts from trucks and delivery vehicles, packages shipments to prevent damage, inspects loads for accuracy and damage, maintains the shipping dock area, and collaborates with warehouse staff to process orders and maintain inventory. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic knowledge of shipping and receiving processes; forklift certification or experience and inventory management knowledge are preferred. The position also requires physical stamina, attention to detail, communication skills, and adherence to safety regulations.
