Description
The Dock Worker 1 will load and unload freight from trailers, containers, and straight trucks, record freight movements, complete paperwork, maintain a safe work environment, and communicate with team members and supervisors. The role reports to the Dock Supervisor and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety; warehouse or dock experience, forklift certification, and scanning or warehouse-management-system experience are preferred.
