Sterne Kessler is hiring a Docketing Team Leader to manage and coach an assigned docketing team, support the IP Docketing Manager, maintain compliance with firm policies, oversee primary and secondary docketing databases, troubleshoot docketing systems, and deliver accurate, cost-effective client service. The role requires local availability in the DC metro area or willingness to relocate, some in-office presence, and 5+ years of IP docketing experience plus 3+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience. The base salary range is $105,000 to $125,000 per year.
