Description
The Dockhand supports the Dockmaster and other Dockhands by assisting guests with boating needs, securing boats, pumping out black water, disposing of waste, and maintaining marina cleanliness and safety. The role requires customer-focused communication, knowledge of or willingness to learn marina operations, independent work, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, swim or use a personal flotation device, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements. The position reports to the Dockmaster and is part of the Docks department.
