Description
The Document Control Associate manages electronic and hardcopy company documents, including BOM, AVL, and ECO records, by logging, reproducing, distributing, storing, retrieving, updating, scanning, organizing, and archiving them. The role also controls and issues part numbers, tracks industry and revision levels, maintains document release packages, and follows document lifecycle and records-retention procedures. It is full-time or temporary with a possibility for permanent status, requires an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of related experience, and is based in San Jose, California.
