Description
The Quality Control Specialist compiles and maintains control records for PSI production, including quality control plans, PFMEA, process flows, engineering change documentation, first-piece inspection books, process operating manuals, Gemba boards, sorting and rework activities, and incident reports. The role may also include internal auditing and incoming inspection. It requires 1–2 years of related experience or training, strong attention to detail, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
