The role maintains electronic document management systems, controls submittals, drawings, correspondence, revisions, approvals, and metadata; coordinates with contractors, consultants, and program staff; performs audits and compliance checks; generates status reports; and supports records retention, legal holds, and training. It is a long-term, full-time, hybrid position based in Sacramento, California, requiring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience and at least three years of document control experience for large infrastructure projects.
