Description
The Document Control Specialist manages controlled project documents across design, pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases using Procore, SharePoint, and EDMS standards. The role configures and maintains document-control systems, trains project stakeholders, reviews submissions for accuracy, tracks RFIs and submittals, manages protected information, and coordinates with department leads to improve productivity and compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 years supporting major capital improvement programs or large-scale projects, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, SharePoint, and Bluebeam. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage and an expected salary of $99,400–$115,100.
