Description
The AutoCAD/IBM TRIRIGA Facility Documentation Specialist maintains and integrates AutoCAD floor plans, site plans, and facility drawings with IBM TRIRIGA to support space planning, occupancy management, workplace moves, and facility operations. The role manages CAD layers, blocks, attributes, drawing standards, space classifications, occupancy assignments, document repositories, audits, and data migration, while coordinating with Facilities, Real Estate, Engineering, and other teams. It requires a degree or extensive related experience, at least four years managing AutoCAD drawings, and at least two years with IBM TRIRIGA, with hybrid work options available.
