Description
The CRE/Structured Lending Document Manager leads a specialized team supporting Seacoast Bank’s Commercial Real Estate and Complex Lending businesses. The role oversees documentation preparation, closing coordination, policy compliance, risk management, quality control, process improvement, and regulatory requirements across syndicated, participation, bond, SBA 504, construction, and other structured lending transactions. It also manages staff development, performance, succession planning, training, workload allocation, and business continuity, while serving as the department’s subject matter expert on complex lending documentation.
