The CHI Group is hiring a Documentation & Data Capture Specialist for Air Freight in Frankfurt am Main on a full-time or part-time fixed-term basis. The role manages air freight documentation, records import and export shipments in the freight handling system, coordinates billing-related services, communicates with customers and internal departments, and resolves discrepancies or missing data. Candidates should ideally have vocational training and logistics or air freight handling experience, or be motivated to enter air freight as a career changer; the role also requires reliability screening and air-security training, Excel skills, German proficiency, basic English, and flexible working hours.
