OOCL is hiring a Documentation Representative and a CPF Verifier for its new Escazú, Costa Rica location. The Documentation Representative handles customer inquiries, urgent requests, Bill of Ladings monitoring, and advanced manifest reconciliation for ocean shipping. The CPF Verifier validates customer data, researches public records, maintains customer profiles, and ensures North American regulatory compliance. Both roles require a high school diploma, strong English communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and relevant administrative or data-handling experience; the CPF Verifier also requires 1–3 years of data entry experience.
