Description

The Documentation Specialist will process, review, approve, and release documents through a Document Management System; coordinate change-management packages and procedural changes across operational systems such as SAP, LIMS, MES/POMS, and DeltaV; prepare and review manual PCRs; manage document retention and transfers; train employees; and support EH&S systems. The role is based in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico, with a 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. shift, overtime, and weekend availability as needed. Candidates need either an associate degree in Secretarial Sciences, Business Administration, or Natural Sciences with three years of experience, or a high school diploma or GED with five years of document-control experience; the intake call also accepts an associate or bachelor’s degree.
