Description
The DocuSign Analyst will provide functional and technical support for DocuSign CLM and related contract lifecycle management technologies, serving as a liaison between business users, IT, and external partners. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving CLM issues, configuring workflows and templates, delivering user training, managing enhancement requests and defects, administering users and permissions, supporting releases and testing, monitoring platform health, and documenting processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong CLM experience, and familiarity with workflow automation, document generation, and integration technologies.
