AnaVation is hiring a full-time, on-site DoD Cybersecurity Program Manager in San Antonio, Texas. The role requires a U.S. citizen with current TS/SCI and CI Polygraph clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, and at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience supporting DoD, intelligence, cybersecurity, information technology, software development, or other complex mission environments. The position focuses on leading technical teams and programs, applying SAFe and Agile practices, coordinating DoD RMF and cybersecurity operations, engaging government stakeholders, and driving execution in ambiguous environments. Preferred qualifications include senior military leadership, program management, cybersecurity certifications, and experience with cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and related DoD systems.
