Description
Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Lift Maintenance Technician for a temporary, on-the-job training program under the DoD SkillBridge Program. The role involves hands-on maintenance and repair of ski lifts, gondolas, and tram systems; diagnosing mechanical failures; adjusting lift systems; performing non-destructive testing; and interacting with customers. Participants must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of heavy mechanical repair experience, experience reading mechanical drawings, a valid driver’s license, authorization to work in the United States, and the ability to work in mountainous, inclement weather at heights exceeding 20 feet. Previous ski lift maintenance, welding, and NDT experience are desired.
