Skiptown is hiring a Park Lead in Charlotte, North Carolina for full-time or part-time shifts that require weekends. The role supports Social Skippers, manages dog playgroups, enforces park rules and safety standards, assists guests, maintains cleanliness, documents incidents, and communicates with the Park Supervisor. Candidates should be comfortable working with dogs, reading body language, guiding others, and working outdoors in all weather; experience in dog care, leadership, or dog behavior is a bonus.
