The role also supports the Pet Care Center by engaging guests, recommending merchandise and services, maintaining records, completing transactions, and collaborating with grooming and veterinary teams. Candidates must complete the Dog Training Instructor Program and related certifications, and the position requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays, as well as the ability to handle dogs safely and lift up to 50 pounds.
