World Vision is hiring a Domestic HEA Grant Program Manager for its Transformational Engagement division. The role is remote within the United States, with Federal Way, Washington, or Washington, District of Columbia considered for hybrid work. The manager will oversee a grant-funded disaster-response readiness initiative across church partners, including project implementation, grant compliance, monitoring and reporting, budget and resource management, partner capacity building, audit readiness, and close-out. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 3–5 years of relevant experience, along with strong organizational, communication, relationship-management, documentation, problem-solving, and coordination skills; Microsoft Office proficiency is required. The estimated salary range is $81,300 to $112,590.
