Description
The Domestic Scheduling Case Manager schedules depositions and other legal proceedings in complex, confidential cases, manages client relationships, handles inquiries by phone and email, coordinates logistics and resources, maintains database records, and supports electronic exhibit sharing. The role is fully remote, requires a four-year college degree and at least four years of customer service or legal experience, and follows a non-negotiable M–F, 3pm–11pm ET schedule after training. Compensation is $25 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, insurance, paid time off, holidays, retirement, and other benefits.
