The role is responsible for staffing, paperwork, cost and cash controls, food management, customer service, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, equipment operation, inventory, order processing, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The position also requires physical work including standing, lifting and carrying ingredients and supplies, pushing and pulling trays, climbing, bending, and repetitive hand tasks.
