Description
The employer is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership or management experience for a 13-week Director of Nursing contract with an ASAP start. The role leads and supervises RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; oversees resident care, clinical documentation, staffing, quality, infection control, regulatory compliance, incident investigation, and interdisciplinary collaboration; and manages nursing department operations. The position requires an active RN license, previous nursing management experience, and availability for night-shift coverage and on-call duties. Compensation is $87 per hour for onsite housing and $95 per hour for offsite housing, with on-call pay of $500 per week.
