Description
The Donation Center Attendant serves as the first point of contact for donors at attended donation centers, greeting donors, assisting with unloading, providing tax receipts, recording donor information, sorting donations, maintaining a clean and safe site, safeguarding items, and supporting transportation or site operations. The role requires basic reading, writing, math, computer, customer service, communication, transportation, and driver’s license skills, along with flexibility for varied shifts and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
