Description
The Driver operates a box truck to collect donated furniture, household goods, clothing, and other items from donors, following pickup routes and coordinating professionally with donors. The role includes loading and unloading items, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety, recording donation details, reporting valuable donations, and delivering exceptional customer service. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, box-truck operation ability, knowledge of traffic laws, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds are required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. The position pays $19.00 to $20.00 per hour and requires flexibility, regular attendance, and the ability to work in varied weather and noisy conditions.
